The exhibition area will be in direct connection with the lecture halls and all coffee and lunch servings and the get together on June 7th will take place in the exhibition hall.
We welcome you to become Platinum sponsor, Gold sponsor, Silver sponsor or exhibitor. There is also other sponsor opportunities.
Sponsorship and exhibition
***Priority of choice of exhibition stand will be based on sponsorship category and spaces will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis within the sponsorship category.
**There will be 2 slots reserved for sponsored lunch symposiums. Each symposium will be max. 45 minutes long. Priority of choice of slot will be based on sponsorship category and on a first-come-first-served basis within the category. The sponsor covers all extra costs such as speakers, lecture hall, AV-aid, refreshments etc.
