Social events during CORLAS 2025

All social event bookings are made through your personal page, which you receive in your confirmation email. From there you click on ”additional order” and then you can select the social activities you wish to attend. Please note that payment can only be made by credit or debit card.
If there are too few registrations, some events may be cancelled. In such cases, a refund will be provided if the event required payment. 

Booking Rules for Tours and Dinners
- City tours can be booked in advance and on-site. Bookings are binding and cannot be cancelled/refunded.
- Pre and Post Tours are binding and cannot be cancelled/refunded (must be booked in advance only).
- Conference dinners should preferably be booked in advance but can also be booked on-site. If you need to cancel a dinner, this must be done no later than the day before the respective dinner.
To cancel a dinner booking, please send an email to linda@mkon.se.

Morgning run with the professors
We are pleased to announce that the professors will lead a morning run Tuesday Aug 26 at 6:45 AM.
Departing from Hotel At Six, Brunkebergstorg 6. All participants are welcome to join this invigorating start to the day.
