EBMWG 2022 will take place at AF-borgen in Lund, Sweden, May 28th-31st 2022.
The meeting is arranged by Lund University och Region Skåne, Laboratory Medicine and the expected number of participants is 300.
Sponsorship & exhibition
We welcome companies to take part as sponsors and/or exhibitors. There are different levels and prices and for more information about the content of the sponsor pakages, please see the image below.
Sponsors and exhibitors will be placed in the order that they have placed their booth order throught the electronic form on the meeting website: www.ebmwg2021.org.

*This benefit is applicable if the order for sponsorship is made before January 31st, 2021. After this date the other exhibitors will be placed in the exhibition area.
1 electric socket, 1 chair and 1 conference table is included in the booth fee. Other material can be ordered via the conference venue (see the website:www.ebmwg2022.org (comming soon))
We are planning an open and welcoming exhibition area, therefore we ask all exhibitors not to build traditional booth and that side walls are maximum 1 meter. The exhibition hall is located in direct connection with the lecture hall and all coffe and lunch servings will take place in the exhibition hall.
The welcome reception will be held among the exhibitiors.
