Certificate of attendance will be sent by e-mail to the attending delegates on request.
You will find a cloakroom close to the lecture hall in the venue. Please notice, there will be a limited place for luggage at the conference venue.
The currency in Sweden is Swedish Kronor (SEK). For current exchange rates, please consult with i.e. http://www.oanda.com/currency/converter/ All major credit cards are accepted at hotels, stores and restaurants. ATMs/cash machines are available throughout Lund.
The tap water in Sweden is one of best tap waters in the world. So when you come to Sweden bring a bottle, fill it to bring and enjoy it for free.
The electricity current in Sweden is 220 volts.
The official language of the conference is English.
Coffee and lunch breaks is included in the the registration fee and will be served within the exhibition area.
The Get togheter on May 28th and the Conference dinner on may 30th are both included in the fee, but please note that pre-registration for these events are mandatory. Registration through the registration form.
Mobile phones must be switched on silent mode during the sessions.
You will receive your name badge on site at the registration desk.
Please remember to wear your badge at all times during the conference. If you lose it, contact the registration desk.
Smoking is prohibited in all public buildings in Sweden. You will find smoking area outside the main entrance.

Most cars accept both cash and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The Swedish taxi business is completely unregulated. This means that the taxi drivers are free to charge any prices they want. Always ask about the price for the trip in advance, most taxi drivers will offer a flat rate.
