Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and changes must be sent to MKON AB in writing to GrapheneWeek2024@mkon.se

Cancellation of registration

All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and excluded from VAT. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.  

Registration fees are based on the date of receipt. The prices indicated are only applicable if BOTH the registration request AND payment are received before midnight, Central European Time (GMT+1), on the relevant registration deadline date, otherwise the higher registration fee will be applied.

The registration and social programme is binding and we regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations after 30 August 2024. If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation, an administrative cost of 24 Euros will be charged. All changes should be done in written form to grapheneweek2024@mkon.se.

You can request the transfer of your registration to another delegate before 1 October 2024.

No-show of the conference will not be reimbursed.

Payment

You can choose payment by invoice or secured credit card payment by STRIPE. MKON AB confirms all costs in accordance with Czech tax legislation. Invoice payment terms are 30 days. Full payment shall be received before the conference start. 

Any refunds will be made after the conference. 

When stated incorrect invoice address a fee of 24 EURO will be charged for retransmission of invoice.

About our privacy policy

All of the information that we ask of you in this form is collected in order for us to facilitate the meeting, logistics, accommodation, payments etc. We will share relevant information with the sponsors, our partnering travel agency and hotel for the same reason. We do not distribute any information to any other third party, and our partners treats your information with the same security. We might keep your name and email in order to contact you for future events, but you are always free to opt out of any further invitations. By confirming our cancellation policy before you click the ”completion” buttom on the registration form, you agree that we store your contact details for the above purpose.
