Welcome reception

On September 11th we will host a small welcome reception at Statens Serum Institut.

The reception will take place from 19:00 to 21:00 and will include light refreshments, and a great opportunity to meet and network with colleagues from across the Nordic region.

Conference dinner September 12th at 19:00

On thursday September 12th we invite you to a 3 course dinner in ”Festsalen” at Kosmopol.

Price: 200 DKK excl. VAT

Address: Fiolstræde 44, Copenhagen

Kosmopol is located at Fiolstræde 44, right next to Nørreport station.

Nørreport can be reached by either bus, train or metro. The easiest option from Wake Up and Scandic Spectrum hotels is by bus '5C' or by train from Copenhagen Central Station. The easiest option from Radisson Blu Scandinavia hotel is by metro.

If you take the bus, tickets can only be bought by cash (coins) or by the 'DOT Tickets'/'DOT Mobilbilletter' app (https://www.publictransport.dk/app) before you enter the bus. If you take the metro or train, there will be ticket machines available at the stations. The fare is 24 dkr.
