Information for Lecturers, abstract presenters and moderators at SFAI & AnIva week 2021 

This year's congress will be a hybrid congress. This means that the lectures will take place on site in Örebro, but will also be broadcast live via the conference app to the participants who participate digital. 

As a lecturer or abstract presenter, you can choose to lecture on site in Örebro or digital via Zoom. We would like moderators to be on site if possible, as it can sometimes be difficult to moderate when not there in person. 

Below are two different instructions depending on whether you are lecturing via Zoom or on site in Örebro. 

If you have not already registered for the meeting, we are happy if you do so as soon as possible, so that we can plan for your presentation. In the form, you can choose between participating digitally or on site.

Your presentation will be filmed and will be available to registered participants until 31 December 2021. '

There is a special presentation computer in the hall. To ensure that the technology works, you will not be able to use your own computer. There is a technician in the room to help you when it's time for your presentation.

 The format of the presentation should be in PowerPoint and 16:9. 

On stage, there will be good opportunities to keep distance between lecturers and moderators. The microphone for the lecturer will be a fixed microphone at the standing table instead of a traditional headset. The equipment will be disinfected between each lecturer. 

We want you to submit your presentation to the technician well in advance of your presentation, but no later than 2 hours before the start of the session. You can submit your presentation to the technician in the lecture room on site in Örebro or via the Dropbox link.
The technician will check that your presentation works on the presentation computer, whether you submit via the Dropbox link or in the technician's room.
To avoid a crowd in the technician's room, we ask you who feel confident about your presentation to primarily submit it via the Dropbox link. Instructions on how to submit via Dropbox can be found on the right of this page. 

Poll questions 
It is possible for the participants to answer your poll questions via the congress app. Digital and physical participants use the same app.

We would like you to do a technology test with the technician before the start of the meeting. Time is set aside for this on 16-17 September, from 08:00 to 19:00. The test takes about 10 minutes.

* Instructions for moderators 

We would like you as a moderator to participate on site in Örebro. Instructions for those who cannot participate on site are below. 

The lecturers in your session will either present on site in Örebro or digital via a link. Feel free to contact them well in advance of the start of the congress so that you all are well prepared for this. 

We ask you to be careful to keep the times so that the program flows as it should. 

On stage, there will be good opportunities to keep distance between lecturers and moderators. The microphone for the moderator will be a installed microphone instead of a traditional headset. The equipment will be disinfected between each moderator. 

Questions for the lecturers.
Participants will be able to ask questions to the lecturers via the congress app. Digital and physical participants use the same app.
The technician in the hall will provide an iPad where you as a moderator can see all the questions and select the ones you think are relevant. If you receive oral questions from the audience in the room, remember to repeat them in the microphone so that the digital audience also hears.
