Registrations are non-refundable; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted. Please email to jenny@mkon.se
You can choose payment by invoice (Swedish delegates only) or secured credit card payment by Nets. MKON AB confirms all costs in accordance with Swedish tax legislation. Invoice payment terms are 30 days. Full payment shall be received before the conference start.
When stated incorrect invoice address a fee of 280 SEK will be charged for retransmission of invoice.
All prizes above will be added 25% Swedish VAT

All of the information that we ask of you in this form is collected in order for us to facilitate the meeting, logistics, accommodation, payments etc. We will share relevant information with the sponsors, our partnering travel agency and hotel for the same reason. We do not distribute any information to any other third party, and our partners treat your information with the same security. We might keep your name and email in order to contact you for future events, but you are always free to opt out of any further invitations. By confirming our cancellation policy before you click the ”completion” buttom on the registration form, you agree that we store your contact details for the above purpose.
