Requests to cancel the registration must be addressed directly to Leia fernandes at MKON, Leia@mkon.se. The following rules apply:
- Requests received before Friday the 9th of May 23:59 AoE will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee, minus any transaction/processing fees.
- Requests received after Friday the 9th of May 23:59 AoE and before Friday the 16th of May 23:59 AoE will receive a 25% refund of the registration fee, minus any transaction/processing fees.
OUR INTEGRITY POLICY
We care about protecting your personal privacy. The information we ask you for in the registration is information we need to be able to carry out the meeting, logistics, login, payments, etc. correctly. We will provide relevant information to our partners (travel agency/hotel/facility and industry) with the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may retain your name and email address for future events, but you are always free to decline any invitations. According to the GDPR, we may not register your data without your consent. By confirming our cancellation rules and then clicking the "Finish registration" button in our forms, you agree to us storing your data for the above purposes.
