Call for abstracts
We welcome abstract submissions to the poster session.
16 of the submitted abstracts will be selected for a short (15 min) oral presentation in one of the programme sessions.
Important Dates
• Abstract submission deadline: April 1st, 2025
• Committee decision on abstracts: April 10th, 2025
• Notification of acceptance: April 11th, 2025
Please note: Due to a slight delay, notifications will be sent out no later than Tuesday, April 15th. Thank you for your patience!
Submission Guidelines
• Language: All abstracts must be submitted in English.
• Word limit: Maximum 250 words.
• Content: Include title, authors, introduction, aims, methods, results, and conclusions.
Note: Title and authors are NOT counted towards the word limit.
Formatting:
• Font: Times New Roman, size 12.
• File name: “YourInitials”_eisg_2025_abstract.
