Registration fees

Early bird fee until September 26th, 2025

Regular fee: 4 500 kr
PHD student/resident fee: 3 900 kr
Member (ENO, EANS or ESICM): 3 600 kr
PHD student, member: 3 120 kr
Additional exhibitor staff fee: 3 190 kr

All fees above are shown excluding the Swedish VAT.

Regular fee after September 26th, 2025

Regular fee: 5 300 kr
PHD student/resident fee: 4 500 kr
Member (ENO, EANS or ESICM): 4 240 kr
PHD stundet, member: 3 600 kr 
Additional exhibitor staff fee: 4 190 kr

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration and hotel booking
For cancellations made on or before August 31st, a full refund will be issued (minus an administration fee of 540 SEK).
For cancellations made between September 1st and September 30th, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded, but no refund will be issued for hotel bookings.
For cancellations made after October 1st, no refunds will be issued for either the registration fee or hotel bookings.
We only accept written cancellations by e-mail to cecilia@mkon.se
If you cannot attend, your registration and hotel booking can be transfered to another member of your organisation for a fee of 800 SEK.

Payment
You can choose payment by invoice (Swedish delegates only) or secured credit card payment by NETS. MKON AB confirms all costs in accordance with Swedish tax legislation. Invoice payment terms are 30 days. Full payment shall be received before the conference start. 

Any refunds will be made after the conference. 

When stated incorrect invoice address a fee of 500 SEK will be charged for retransmission of invoice.

About our privacy policy
All of the information that we ask of you in this form is collected in order for us to facilitate the meeting, logistics, accommodation, payments etc. We will share relevant information with the sponsors, our partnering travel agency and hotel for the same reason. We do not distribute any information to any other third party, and our partners treats your information with the same security. We might keep your name and email in order to contact you for future events, but you are always free to opt out of any further invitations. By confirming our cancellation policy before you click the ”completion” buttom on the registration form, you agree that we store your contact details for the above purpose.
