Exhibition Space Booking Deadline – December 31
Exhibitors are kindly requested to book their exhibition space no later than December 31. After this date, the exhibition hall layout will be prepared, and registered exhibitors will be given the opportunity to select their preferred booth location.
Please note that the number of exhibition spaces is limited, and allocations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
The poster area and lecture halls are located in the same building as the exhibition area, ensuring excellent visibility and easy access for all participants. In addition, all lunches and coffee breaks will take place within the exhibition area, providing exhibitors with optimal opportunities for interaction and networking throughout the conference.
We encourage all interested companies to secure their participation well in advance to ensure optimal placement within the exhibition area.

All people who will be on site during the conference must be registered, even the people who are included in your sponsorship/exhibition package. Staff in addition to those included, are warmly welcome to participate for a fee, 5 800 SEK
