✈️ Special Conference Support at Venice International Airport
To help conference attendees navigate the strike, a dedicated support service will be available at Venice International Airport:

9:00 AM – 11:30 AM: A conference hostess will be present to assist with transfer suggestions and travel guidance.
11:30 AM: A direct transfer will depart from Venice International Airport to the Vicenza Convention Centre.
