Abstract submission opens: December 1st 2024
Abstract deadline: 
January 20th 2025

Some information to consider when preparing your abstracts and full papers:

Abstracts
•  Abstracts should be maximum 2 pages (excluding references).
•  A4 paper size, set the page margins to 1 inch (2.54 cm) all the way around.
•  Use a 12 point size Sans serif font, such as Arial, Verdana, Tahoma, Calibri, Open Sans.  
   Valid formats are. Pdf. and doc.
•  Single line spacing, left-justify your text.
•  Use Harvard-style formatting when citing literature in the text and in the bibliography
 
Full papers
•  Maximum of 8-pages including figures and tables but excluding references.
•  Abstract in full paper: Provide a 300-word abstract.
   Paper format
•  Include the title. Do not include author names. Include the short 300-word abstract, main body and references.
•  A4 paper size, set the page margins to 1 inch (2.54 cm) all the way around
•  Use a 12 point size Sans serif font, such as Arial, Verdana, Tahoma, Calibri, Open Sans.
Valid formats are. Pdf. and doc.
•  Single line spacing, left-justify your text
•  Number the headings and subheading and use bold text
•  Use Harvard-style formatting when citing literature in the text and in the bibliography
