Poster Presentation Guidelines

How to Create a Successful Poster Presentation for the Maglev 2024 Conference

•Authors are requested to print their own posters following the criteria outlined below and bring them to the conference.
•All posters will be displayed in the poster exhibition area from Thursday, September 19th, to Friday, September 20th.
•Authors are requested to be present at their posters during the poster sessions, as well as during coffee/lunch breaks (refer to the detailed program schedule).
•Limit of one poster per topic.

Authors are required to submit the poster in PDF format for documentation purposes to maglev2024@bth.se. The file name should include the abstract reference number.


Poster Requirements

The most effective posters are visually engaging presentations of your research that highlight and summarize the key points, with the presenter providing further elaboration during the session. All posters will undergo evaluation by the International Steering Committee for originality and scientific rigor, with awards presented to the best presentations.


Your poster should adhere to the following specifications:

•A0 size: 84cm wide x 119cm high (33” x 47”), Portrait orientation.
•Print a high-resolution copy.
•Display the paper title and all authors prominently at the top of the poster.
•Include the institution's logo.
•Provide contact email information.

NOTE: The presenting author or speaker must be registered before the deadline.
