Abstract submission process

Abstracts must be submitted through the conference website. Regular mail submission will not be accepted. Do not make multiple submissions of the same abstract. All abstracts must be prepared in English. Please read the typing instructions below.

A confirmation with the abstract reference code will automatically be sent to the email address given when submitting. Don’t forget to check your SPAM/junk mail - Unfortunately some confirmations end up there.

If you wish you may upload one file with a table or a figure in the abstract submission form. Note that only one file can be uploaded.

When your abstract submission is confirmed you will receive login details so that you can make changes of your abstract. It will be possible to make changes until the abstract submission deadline, 26 March 2022.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee. The abstracts can be accepted for oral or poster presentation.

Author notification will be sent out on the 26 April 2022 by email. All approved abstract titles will also be posted on the conference website.

When your abstract has been approved you need to register for the conference in order to be able to present your abstract. You will receive a registration link in the email of abstract notification. If you do not register to the conference before 10 May 2022 your abstract will be removed from the program.
