We recommend that all presentations are in a 16:9 aspect ration (widescreen). PowerPoint and Keynote are preferred file formats.
If there are videos in the presentations you must make sure that they will play on other computers than the one they are put together on.
Please note that non-standard fonts will not appear correctly unless they are installed on the computer that is playing the presentation.
Please name your presentation with the name of the conference, conference room, date and time in the program and your name.
For example, Conferencee_Eldborg_Monday_0930_FirstName_LastName
