The big question: Where to eat and drink in Copenhagen?
Copenhagen is spoiled with an extensive range of restaurants from all over. There is something for everyone; for those that like really good seafood, for those that drules of just the thought about a burger and for those who just love street food markets. But it’s not just about the food, Copenhagen also offers great bars and cafés. Everything from cocktail bars to coffee bars. Do you need some tips of where to go after or before your restaurant visit, check here.
The city of Copenhagen has been officially designated as UNESCO-UIA - World Capital of Architecture for 2023 in recognition of its strong legacy within architecture and innovative urban development, along with its high ambitions on climate, sustainable solutions, and liveability.
It’s no coincidence since Copenhagen is home to some heavy hitters on the global architectural scene. Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) is probably the most celebrated in recent years, but there is also Henning Larsen Architects, Cobe, Gehl Architects, C.F. Møller, 3XN, Lendager Group, Dissing & Weitling, Lundgaard & Tranberg, Dorthe Mandrup, and many more.
