If you are using a clinic/hospital network, it may be difficult to access the form due to security settings and firewalls. If this happens, please try registering from another network or from home.
A confirmation will be sent to you as soon as we have processed your registration. Please note that it may end up in your spam/junk folder, so remember to check there.
Please keep in mind that all confirmations and information will be sent to the email address you provide in your registration. Due to security settings, many regional email servers block our messages, so if possible, use an alternative email address to ensure you don’t miss important information.
Cancellations made after 10 April are non-refundable. This applies to both the registration fee and hotel bookings.
