Cancellation of Registration and Hotel Booking
Before July 21: Full refund of both registration and accommodation.*
* A cancellation fee of 800 SEK will be deducted
After July 21: No refunds will be madefor registration or accommodation.

Hotel Cancellations
Please contact MKON, not the hotel. Hotels receive the final guest lists only a few days before the congress starts.

Transfer your registration to a colleague
You may transfer your registration and hotel booking to a colleague for a fee of 800 SEK (excl. VAT).

Payment Information
You can choose between: Invoice or secure card payment via DIBS
MKON AB will confirm your registration and payment will be including VAT.
Payment terms are 30 days. If paying by invoice, payment must be received before the conference begins.
Refunds will be processed after the conference.
An incorrectly stated invoice address will result in a 800 SEK administration fee
for reissuing and resending.
All prices listed are excluding VAT.
