Information for speakers who will participate at SPS 2022.
Below you will find the instructions for speakers.

If you have not already registered for the meeting, we are happy if you do so as soon as possible, so that we can plan for your presentation.

Your presentation - uploading and testing your slides

Due to a tight program schedule, presenting from your personal computer is not recommended (dongles and adapters will not be provided). We prefer that you upload your presentation ahead of time to guarantee that the technology functions properly. We encourage you to submit your presentation via the Dropbox link well in advance of your presentation (found to the right). The deadline is Monday, November 7th at 12:00 p.m.

Alternatively, we will have a special presentation computer (with Microsoft PowerPoint) placed in the venue for you to test your slides if necessary. You can also transfer your slides to this computer by USB. The technician will ensure that your presentation is working properly on the presenting PC. Instructions for submitting via Dropbox can be found on the right side of this page.

The presentation format should be PowerPoint and 16:9.

Please include extern movie files in the same folder.
The presentaton will be available in the lecture hall on site.
