FEES & COSTS
Registration fee delegates: 2650SEK (aprox 250€) for the two course days, including lunch and coffee.
Dinner November 11, no cost, is included in the fee, mandatory registration
As mentioned in the invitation letter, the fee covers:
1) Hotel accommodation during 11-12 November (1 night at the Elite Hotel Ideon in Lund, located in very close proximity to the hospital)
2) Lunches and light meals during the course
3) The Get-together Dinner on Monday, 11 November.
