Registration
All personnel present at the booth must be registered via MKON’s website. Please note that you are not automatically registered if you are the one who booked the booth itself and that the people included in the booth prices must also be registered. External Conditions
The Swedish Society of Medicine’s (SLS) building is a historic Art Nouveau property that must be handled with great care.
Important to note:
- It is not permitted to use tape, pins, nails, or adhesive pads on the walls.
- The building has a small elevator, which means that any bulky equipment may need to be carried via the stairs. The size of the elevator, H 200cm W 80cm L 140cm
Move-in Times
Sunday, August 24, from 12:00 to 16:00
All set-up must be complete, and all packaging materials removed by 09:00 on August 25.
Dismantling Time
Move-out may commence after lunch on Wednesday, August 27, at 14:00. You are welcome to stay until the end of the conference.
Exhibition Opening Hours
The exhibition will be open during the conference hours each day. For more precise timings, please refer to the scientific programme.
Stand
Your exhibition space includes electricity, a table, and a chair.

Rules & Responsibilities:
If you will be using valuable or fragile equipment during the exhibition, we recommend that exhibitors arrange monitoring or security for such items. The conference organisers or venue accept no liability for goods, products, tools, etc., either before, during, or after the event. The exhibitor is responsible for all equipment within the stand, both owned and rented, throughout the event.
Exhibitors must not exceed the boundaries of their allocated exhibition space.
All food and drink sales and service are managed by the venue, except for sweets and fruit. Please be mindful that some participants may have airborne allergies.
Open flames, such as candles or tea lights, are not permitted.
Emergency exits must remain unblocked at all times.
We, MKON, handle the practical aspects of the conference, and you’ll find us at the registration desk throughout the event days. If you have any questions, feel free to approach us. This is also where you will collect your name badge, which will serve as your pass.
Catering for Exhibitors:
All coffee breaks and lunches will be available for you approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled time in the programme, so that you may dine before attendees return from the sessions.
Cleaning
Exhibitors are responsible for the cleaning of their own stand area.
Parking
A closest parking garage is Parkaden, Regeringsgatan/Malmskillnadsgatan.
Insurance
Exhibitors are responsible for their own goods before, during, and after the event.
