Aula Magna makes no orders or arrangements for deliveries or pick-ups. This must be handled by each exhibitor before arrival and departure.

Safety & Security
Stands, as well as other materials, decorations and signs must be constructed using fire resistant and approved materials. Wood, such as chipboard, plywood and fiberboard are accepted. Materials not accepted are, for example, corrugated paper and Styrofoam. Helium balloons are not allowed. It is not allowed to light candles, cause heat, smoke or steam within the structure. Smoking is prohibited at the Venue. Please pay attention to emergency exits. These must not be blocked or hidden in any way. A safety-and fire inspection can be executed before or during the exhibition. None sanctioned stand constructions, and materials not in compliance with the fire- and safety regulations will be removed.
Responsibility
Aula Magna takes no responsibility for exhibition goods, products, tools, etc., either before, during or after the event. The exhibitor is responsible for all equipment in the stand, both your own and rented, during the full length of the exhibition. Please note that this complies even in the case of having a security guard on site. The same conditions are valid for goods, which are delivered and stored before, during and after the event.
Insurance
Aula Magna insurance only covers the their own inventory.
We therefore recommend that you obtain separate insurance for the exhibition/fair.

Exhibition area
The exhibition will be held in direct connection to the session halls.
Refreshment points and coffee areas have been integrated into the exhibition area, maximizing the time that delegates spend in this area.Lunches will also be served in the exhibition/poster area.
VAT
All prices listed are in SEK and exclude 25% VAT. For those companies outside Sweden but within the European Union that provide us with their VAT number, we will not apply VAT to your sponsoring or exhibition packages as this will be subject to reversed charge. For companies outside European Union, VAT is not applicable.
Set-Up and tear down
Emergency exits may not be used to transfer furniture, materials etc. during set-up or tear down. They may only be used as emergency exits. Please be attentive to walls, floors, windows, equipment etc. The exhibitor is responsible for any damage caused to the exhibition area.

All coffee breaks will be served 20 minutes before the program shows, so you have the possibility

All staff must be preregistered for the conference. Exhibition badges is to be collected from the
conference registration desk.

Conference venue
Aula Magna is Stockholm University’s large meeting facility. Completed in 1997, the building is one of architect Ralph Erskine’s premier accomplishments. It’s light and airy, fitted with light wood and generous walls of windows that overlook stately oaks. The auditorium is the largest facility with room for up to 1200 people.
