All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing by email to MKON AB at cecilia@mkon.se

Cancellation of registration and hotel booking
For cancellations made on or before August 13, 2026, a full refund will be issued, (minus an administration fee of SEK 540.)
For cancellations made between August 14 and September 1, 2026, a 50% refund of the registration fee will be issued. No refund will be made for the hotel fee.
For cancellations made after September 1, 2026, no refunds will be issued for either the registration fee or hotel bookings.


If you cannot attend, your registration and hotel booking can be transfered to another member of your organisation for a fee of 800 SEK. Please contact cecilia@mkon.se

Payment
You can choose payment by invoice or secured credit card payment by NETS. MKON AB confirms all costs in accordance with Swedish tax legislation. Invoice payment terms are 30 days. Full payment shall be received before the conference start.

Any refunds will be made after the conference.
When stated incorrect invoice address a fee of 540 SEK will be charged for retransmission of invoice.

All fees above are shown excluding Swedish VAT (25%).

About our privacy policy
All of the information that we ask of you in this form is collected in order for us to facilitate the meeting, logistics, accommodation, payments etc. We will share relevant information with the sponsors, our partnering travel agency and hotel for the same reason. We do not distribute any information to any other third party, and our partners treats your information with the same security. We might keep your name and email in order to contact you for future events, but you are always free to opt out of any further invitations. By confirming our cancellation policy before you click the ”completion” buttom on the registration form, you agree that we store your contact details for the above purpose.
