All cancellations and changes must be sent to MKON AB in writing.
Cancellations made before January 22th - full refund will be made*
Cancellations made after January 22th - 50% refund will be made
Cancellations made after March 22th - no refund will be made
Cancellations made before October 9th, 2023 - full refund will be made at Tivoli Hotel. After that no refund will be made.
Cancellations made before April 15th, 2024 - full refund will be made at Cabinn Copenhagen. After that no refund will be made.
Cancellations made before March 22th, 2024 - full refund will be made at Wakeup Copenhagen. After that no refund will be made.
*Cancellation comes with an administrative fee of 365 DKK.
If you cannot attend, your registration and hotel booking is transferable to another member of your organisation for a fee of 177 DKK.
You can choose payment by invoice (Scandinavian delegates only) or secured credit card payment by Stripe. MKON AB confirms all costs in accordance with Danish tax legislation. Invoice payment terms are 30 days. Full payment shall be received before the conference start.
Any refunds will be made after the conference.
When stated incorrect invoice address a fee of 177 DKK will be charged for retransmission of invoice.

All fees above are shown excluding VAT (25%).
All of the information that we ask of you in this form is collected in order for us to facilitate the meeting, logistics, accommodation, payments etc. We will share relevant information with the sponsors, our partnering travel agency and hotel for the same reason.
