Abstract submission deadline: February 12th, 2026
Author notification: February 26th, 2026
Deadline author registration: April 1st, 2026
We welcome submissions from the full spectrum of travel medicine, including related sub-specialties and contributions from all professional groups working in the field.
Submission method: Abstracts must be submitted via the conference website. Submissions by regular email will not be accepted. Please avoid submitting the same abstract multiple times.
Language: All abstracts must be written in English. Please follow the typing instructions provided below.
Upon submission, a confirmation email containing your abstract reference code will be sent to the email address provided. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your SPAM/junk folder, as some confirmations may be filtered there.
You may upload one table or figure through the abstract submission form. Please note that only one file can be uploaded.
Once your submission is confirmed, you will receive instructions on how to edit your abstract. Changes can be made until the submission deadline: February 12, 2026.
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and may be accepted for either oral or poster presentation.
Author notifications will be sent by email on February 26, 2026. Approved abstract titles will also be posted on the conference website.
If your abstract is accepted, you must register for the conference in order to present your abstract. A registration link will be included in your notification email. If you have not registered by April 1, 2026, your abstract will be removed from the programme.
Note: Avoid using special characters. Instead, write the full word (e.g., type “alpha” instead of using the Greek letter).
For poster presentations, structure your abstract as follows:
1. Background: State the purpose of the study in one sentence, if possible.
2. Materials and Methods: Briefly outline the approach used.
3. Results: Present a concise summary of the findings, with enough detail to support your conclusions. Include only complete and final results.
4. Conclusion: Summarise the main message or implications of your study.
