EACCME Accreditation

The NECTM10 - Communicating Risk. Empowering Travellers., Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom 03/06/2026 -05/06/2026, has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 14.5 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actuallyspent in the educational activity.

Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association,physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on theprocess to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at https://edhub.ama-assn.org/pages/applications. 

Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to beAccredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal Collegeof Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

EACCME® credits
Each participant can only receive the number of credits he/she is entitled to according to his/her actual participation at theevent once he/she has completed the feedback form.

To receive the Accreditation certificate you need to complete the EACCME participant's evaluation form before Friday, 19 June. The certificate will then be sent to you by email.

By the end of the form you need to state your full name, email address and how many credits you are entitled to. Please find below the breakdown of ECMECs per day:

03.06.2026 - 3.0
04.06.2026 - 6.5
05.06.2026 - 5.0

Accreditation certificate
To receive your accreditation points, you must check in and out each day by registering at the onsite registration desk.

After the conference, you will receive an email asking you to complete the EACCME participant evaluation form. This must be submitted before Friday, 19 June.

Once we have received your completed evaluation form, we will send your certificate to you by post.
