Terms and Conditions


Cancellation of registration

Cancellations made before 3 February 2026 - full refund will be made*

Cancellations made after 3 February 2026 - 50% refund will be made

Cancellations made after 3 April 2026 - no refund will be made

All cancellations and changes must be submitted to MKON AB in writing. 


Cancellation of hotel booking

Cancellations made before 27 March 2026 - a full refund will be issued for hotel bookings. After that date, no refunds will be given.  

*All cancellations are subject to an administrative fee of £42. 

If you are unable to attend, your registration and hotel booking can be transferred to another member of your organisation for a fee of £20.


Payment

You can choose payment by invoice or secured credit card payment by Stripe. MKON AB confirms all costs in accordance with Northern Ireland tax legislation. Invoice payment terms are 30 days. Full payment shall be received before the conference start. 

Any refunds will be made after the conference. 

When stated incorrect invoice address a fee of £20 will be charged for retransmission of invoice.

Liability and Insurance

Participation in the conference and any related activities is at the participant’s own risk. The participant is responsible for arranging adequate personal, travel, health and accident insurance, including insurance covering loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
The conference organiser, the administrative conference office, the venue, and any associated partners or suppliers cannot be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, loss, theft, damage or other incident that may occur during the conference, at the venue, during social events, transfers, excursions or any other activities connected to the conference.
By registering for and attending the conference, participants acknowledge that they are personally responsible for their own safety, belongings and insurance coverage at all times.

About our privacy policy

All of the information that we ask of you in this form is collected in order for us to facilitate the meeting, logistics, accommodation, payments etc. We will share relevant information with the sponsors, our partnering travel agency and hotel for the same reason. We do not distribute any information to any other third party, and our partners treats your information with the same security. We might keep your name and email in order to contact you for future events, but you are always free to opt out of any further invitations. By confirming our cancellation policy before you click the ”completion” buttom on the registration form, you agree that we store your contact details for the above purpose.
