Registration fee:
Delegate 450 USD (≈ 4.533 SEK)
Nurses/Paramedics 150.00 USD (≈ 1696 SEK)
Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PA) 150.00 USD (≈ 1696 SEK)
Students/Physicians in Training 150.00 USD (≈ 1696 SEK)
Physcians one day 250.00 USD (≈ 2518 SEK)
Registration fee includes Banquet dinner, breakfast, lunch and all day beverage services.
Note! Since the fee refers to an academic conference which is a nontaxable service, no sales tax will be added to the amount.

You can choose payment by invoice (Swedish delegates only) or secured credit card payment by NETS. MKON AB confirms all costs in accordance with Swedish tax legislation. Invoice payment terms are 30 days. Full payment shall be received before the conference start.
Any refunds will be made after the conference.

All of the information that we ask of you in this form is collected in order for us to facilitate the meeting, logistics, accommodation, payments etc. We will share relevant information with the sponsors, our partnering travel agency and hotel for the same reason. We do not distribute any information to any other third party, and our partners treats your information with the same security. We might keep your name and email in order to contact you for future events, but you are always free to opt out of any further invitations.
