Below you will find the instructions for speakers at Pan-Am EVTM 2022.
If you have not already registered for the meeting, we are happy if you do so as soon as possible, so that we can plan for your presentation.

We kindly ask you to mind the time allocated for your presentation since the schedule is very slim.
Please note that the limit of each presentation is 6 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for discussion.
There is a special presentation computer in the hall. To ensure that the technology works, we prefer that you don't use your own computer. If you bring your own laptop, please contact the technician on site no later than two hours before your lecture, so that we can check the resolution and screen outputs. If you have a Mac or a PC that does not have VGA or HDMI outputs, you will need to bring the necessary adapter.
In all the lecture halls there will be a PC with PowerPoint (Office 365). Please use the default fonts/fonts found in the Office program. If you use other fonts, we ask you to attach the fonts separately.There is a technician in the room to help you when it's time for your presentation.
The format of the presentation should be in PowerPoint and 16:9.
We want you to submit your presentation to the technician well in advance of your presentation via the Dropbox link (found to the right). Deadline Friday, November 11th.
The technician will check that your presentation works on the presentation computer.

We will save a PDF-file of your presentation (or your pre-recorded presentation) and it will be available to registered participants and members of the societies after the congress.
