We are aiming on creating an open and welcomming exhibition area and ask you to read the exhibition guidelines below:

Guidelines for the exhibition and sponsorship of SPS 2024

• The length of the side walls of your booth should be maximum half the depth of the booth.
• It is not allowed for sponsors or exhibitors to arrange satellite meetings or conferences parallel to the SPS program and dinner. Starting with the registration on day 1 and ending with the program's ending on Day 2. See the scientific program for details.
• It is not allowed for sponsors or exhibitors to arrange dinners or lunches for the SPS delegates during the SPS program and dinner. Starting with the registration on day 1 and ending with the program's ending on Day 2. See the scientific program for details.
• All booth staff must be registered for the conference in order to attend. Due to space constraints we can’t allow extra booth staff apart from the once included in the booth/sponsorship.
