Welcome to register for EBSA Congress 2023!

Participants are advised to register in advance to receive the early bird-fee discount.

Included in the registration fee:
- Four lunches (Aug 1-4) and all coffees
- Welcome reception (July 31)
- Reception at Stockholm City Hall (Aug 2)
- All 5 days at the congress

Optional (not included)
Banquet dinner Aug 3rd - 600 SEK

All registration fees shall be paid before the conference starts.

All fees are shown in SEK excluding Swedish VAT.
We have to charge swedish VAT on the participation fee, hotel and dinners. The service is considered to have been consumed within the country, therefore doesn't the reverse charge rules apply.

1 000 SEK is approximately 90 EUR (as of December 2022)

Payment

You can choose payment by invoice (Swedish delegates only) or secured credit card payment by NETS. MKON AB confirms all costs in accordance with Swedish tax legislation. Invoice payment terms are 30 days. Full payment shall be received before the conference start. 

Any refunds will be made after the conference. 

If an incorrect invoice address has been stated, a fee of 280 SEK will be charged for retransmission of invoice.

EBSA membership If you are a member of any EBSA-affiliated societies at the time of the congress, you are also a member of EBSA. Please contact your local society for membership registration. http://ebsa.org/portal/member_societies 

Students (undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD students) need to upload a full proof of their status during the registration process. Accepted documents: i.e. a scanned copy of their current student card and/or a letter from a Professor or Head of Department (including contact details) to confirm the student status at the time of the conference. Postdoctoral research fellows are NOT entitled to receive the reduced student fee.
