Welcome to mingle in Nobel style at the Stockholm City Hall!

The Stockholm City Hall houses the Municipal Council for the City of Stockholm and is one of the city’s major tourist attractions. It is also known as the Dining hall used for the banquet held after the annual Nobel Prize award ceremony.

The City of Stockholm and Stockholm Region are generously inviting us to a Reception on Wednesday August 2nd, where all EBSA-2023 participants are welcome!

The reception starts with a Welcome Speech by a representative from the City of Stockholm or the Stockholm Region at 19:00 at which your presence is expected, and to which we will respond by a formal thank you. After this, buffet and drinks will be served, and a guide will tell us more about the City Hall during the evening. The reception will end at 21:00.

The City of Stockholm and Stockholm Region are covering the costs of the reception for EBSA-2023 participants, but registration is mandatory and will be made when you register for the congress. There is a limited amount of tickets so please make sure to register in time.

The dinner starts at 19:00.

You book the dinner when you registrate for the congress.
