Instructions for speakers at SATS 2025

Soon we will meet in Reykjavik, Iceland, for SATS 2025.
Below you'll find some information for you as speaker.
Due to a tight program schedule, presenting from your personal computer is not recommended (dongles and adapters will not be provided).
We prefer that you upload your presentation ahead of time (preferably the day before your presentation) to guarantee that the technology functions properly.

Name your presentation 'day for presentation.Lecturehall.time.last name' (Example: Thursday.Silfurberg.07.30.Smith).
You can also bring your presentation on a usb stick and hand it to the technician in the Speaker Ready room on site at Harpa.
We encourage you to see the technician in the conference room well in advance of your presentation.
