The 15th International Conference on SHOCK & IMPACT LOADS ON STRUCTURES and OpenRadioss User Community meeting, 11-13 June 2025, to be held at the Lindholmen Conference Centre, Gothenburg, Sweden.
11 June: Pre-Conference Event and early registration (from 1500 hrs) for participants in the SILOS 15 Conference. Also, we use this day for Sponsors to set up their table to show their hardware, tools, computational effort and posters for the duration of the Conference.
12-13 June: Main Conference
This prestigious Conference series has a good reputation within the international research community, particularly in topics considering shock and impact loads on structures (SILOS). The conference has a history dating back to 1996, is well known and well attended wherever it was held.
At this crucial time in Sweden’s history, a conference at Chalmers, in Gothenburg, is more pressing than ever to foster an open exchange of knowledge and competence, connecting with researchers, government organisations and construction professionals to facilitate networking both internationally and nationally. Stakeholders word-wide, such as Fortifications, Defence Research and Civil Contingencies Agencies, Technical Universities and other research institutes, program developers and consultants, are encouraged to participate in this open forum.
To ensure a memorable Conference experience at an exclusive Conference location, including a welcome reception, VIP-dinner (for Sponsors and Invited Guests only), and a Conference Dinner at Universeum, as well as a comprehensive Conference programme, we are seeking Sponsors to support this important opportunity. We offer two sponsorship programmes: “Main Sponsor” and “Sponsor”, for the SILOS 15 Conference.
For Main sponsors, a contribution of 11,000 $USD (120 000 SEK including Swedish VAT), includes:

Full attendance for up to 8 persons at the Conference, including individuals with or without a conference paper, with refreshments and lunch provided.
Welcome reception on Wednesday, June 11th at 1500 hrs.
VIP-dinner for Sponsors and invited guests on Wednesday, June 11th at 1900 hrs.
Event, exploration of whole Universeum on Thursday June 12th at 1800 hrs (www.universeum.se/en), followed by
Conference Dinner at Universeum on Thursday June 12th.
For Sponsors, a contribution of 5,500 $USD (60 000 SEK including Swedish VAT), includes:
Acknowledgement of the Sponsoring Organisation on the Conference website and at the Conference as “Sponsor”.
Full attendance for up to 4 persons at the Conference, including individuals with or without conference paper, with refreshments and lunch provided.
Welcome reception on Wednesday, June 11th at 1500 hrs.
