Deadline for abstract submission: 28 February 2025
Abstracts can be accepted for poster or oral presentation
Abstracts will be reviewed and notifications to the submitter/first author will be sent approximately two weeks after the submission deadline.
SUBMISSION
Submit your abstract via Abstract submission.
All abstracts should be submitted by 28 February, 2025. Please specify if you want to be considered for an oral presentation when you submit your abstract.
Abstracts must be submitted through the congress website.
Do not make multiple submissions of the same abstract.
Abstracts must be prepared in English.
A confirmation with the abstract reference code will automatically be sent to the e-mail address provided by the submitting/first author.
Information for presenters
Detailed information regarding the format of presentation slides/posters will be made available to the presenter.
To review and make changes in your abstract
You will recieve a link in your confirmation e-mail to review and make changes in your abstract. It will be possible to make changes in your abstract until the abstract deadline.
Submission instructions
Enter a poster title, names of authors and university affiliations. The name of the presenting author should be indicated using bold font type and a current email address has to be provided.
The abstract body should contain the subheadings: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusions. The word limit is max. 300 words.
Abstract Submission and Publication Policy
By submitting an abstract for SCRM2025, the presenting author agrees to the following terms:
- You grant the SCRM2025 organizers full copyright to publish your abstract in the official SCRM2025 Abstract Book, which may be produced in both printed and electronic formats.
- You confirm that you have obtained all necessary permissions from co-authors to submit the abstract and grant these publication rights.
- If your abstract is accepted for presentation at SCRM2025, you authorize the organizers to publish the abstract, presenter details, and any associated materials (e.g. slides, posters) in the Abstract Book and on the conference website.
- You understand that the Abstract Book and its contents will be made publicly available to all SCRM2025 attendees and may also be published online after the conference.
