Presentations should be in PowerPoint format, 16:9 aspect ratio.
We kindly request that you upload your presentation to the Dropbox at least 24 hours prior to your session.

Please name your file as follows:
Day.Room.Time.Lastname (use dots in between)
Example: Monday.RoomB.08.04.Svensson
There will be a technician stationed in High 1 throughout the meeting, and an ambulant technician for High 2–3 and Live 3.
There will be a dedicated presentation computer in the room. To ensure technical compatibility, we strongly recommend that you do not use your own laptop.
A technician will be present in the room to assist you when it’s time for your presentation.
The technician will check that your presentation runs correctly on the presentation computer.
