Basic information

Welcome to register for EBSA Congress 2023!

Included in the registration fee:
- Four lunches (Aug 1-4) and all coffees
- Welcome reception (July 31)
- Reception at Stockholm City Hall (Aug 2)
- All 5 days at the congress
- Four (4) nights at hostel (or equivalent).

Included in the Summer School fee:
- Registration 
- Lunch and coffees
- Two nights (July 29 - July 31) at City Hostel (or equivalent).

To accept your place in the Summer School and bursary, you must register to the EBSA congress latest May 2^nd. If you do not register in time, your place in the Summer School will be awarded to someone else. Please note that participation in the summer school comes at an extra cost.

All registration fees shall be paid before the conference starts.

All fees are shown in SEK excluding Swedish VAT.

1 000 SEK is approximately 90 EUR (as of December 2022)

Summer School
Please note that participation in the summer school comes at an extra cost. If you do not want to participate in the Summer school, please do not choose this option when you register on the link below. Your place in the summer school will then be given to someone else.

Reception at Stockholm City Hall
It is very important for all registered delegates to show up and to be on time for the reception. If you need to cancel your registration you can do this up to two weeks before the reception (email to linda@mkon.se).
Any cancellations made after that and all no shows will be charged 800 SEK (excl. VAT), which is the self-cost for the reception.

Cancellation of registration and hotel booking

Cancellations made before May 3rd - full refund will be made (except administration fee of 280 SEK)

Cancellations made before May 29th  - 50% refund will be made of registration fee, no refund for hotel booking

Cancellations made after May 29th - no refund will be made

Hotel

As a recipient of an EBSA-2023 scholarship, four (4) nights of accommodation (July 31 - Aug 4) are included in your registration and no cost for you. The Summer school registration fee covers an additional two nights (July 29 - July 31).

We have booked all EBSA scholars at City Hostel Stockholm. 

City Hostel is located only 450 meters from the airport buses and the Stockholm Central station. The hostel provides a clean, friendly environment with excellent service from the staff. With the Stockholm city centre and its main tourist attractions at walking distance and trains, busses, and subway just around the corner, you will easily be able to explore Stockholm and its surroundings.
