The exhibition is open during all meetings. All coffee & lunches will take place in the exhibition
area. Please find the times in the scientific programme at the webpage.

The area assigned to you is an agreement between Waterfront and the client responsible for the exhibition. It has been chosen according to fire- and safety regulations. Please respect this. Maximum heights for stands are 2500 mm.

Furniture and other equipment

Safety & Security
Stands, as well as other materials, decorations and signs must be constructed using fire resistant and approved materials. Wood, such as chipboard, plywood and fiberboard are accepted. Materials not accepted are, for example, corrugated paper and Styrofoam. Helium balloons are not allowed.It is not allowed to light candles, cause heat, smoke or steam within the structure. Smoking is prohibited at Waterfront.Please pay attention to emergency exits. These must not be blocked or hidden in any way. A safety-and fire inspection can be executed before or during the exhibition. None sanctioned stand constructions, and materials not in compliance with the fire- and safety regulations will be removed.
We refer to our drawings, where the emergency exit are clearly marked. Emergency exits must not, under any circumstances, be blocked. A minimum of 2 meters surrounding an emergency exit must be left clear of all materials.
Waterfront takes no responsibility for exhibition goods, products, tools, etc., either before, during or after the event. The exhibitor is responsible for all equipment in the stand, both your own and rented, during the full length of the exhibition. Please note that this complies even in the case of having a security guard on site. The same conditions are valid for goods, which are delivered and stored before, during and after the event.
If using a lift (i.e. sky lift, scissor lift, or any other sort of lift) in conference rooms or common areas, a valid lift license and certificate from the employer needs to be presented on site. The driver needs to practice caution and use all the, by law, required equipment. Technical installations such as electrical cords, power sockets etc. may not be run over by the lift.
Elevators are available to reach all floors. Bathrooms for people with disabilities are available on the ground floor and second floor.
Wireless Internet is available free of charge.
All coffee breaks will be served 20 minutes before the program shows, so you have the possibility
to have a break before all participants.
All staff must be preregistered for the conference. Exhibition badges is to be collected from the
conference registration desk.
