Staff registration
All staff needs to be registered, maximum 2 persons/company.
Venue
The meeting will be held at LUX aula and the exhibition in the foyer outside the auditorium. Lunch and coffee will be served in the exhibition area.
Please note! The exhibition area is an open area for students and employees at Lund University. Therefore we will not be able to close it off.
Only roll-ups and things to put on the table are allowed, no walls!
Included in the stand
1 table and 1 or 2 chairs. Electricity outlet, but please bring an extension cord if needed.
Building and dismantling
Building - 18 April from 10:00-12:00
Dismantling - 20 April after 10:30
Delivery adress - no earlier than a week before the conference starts
