Welcome to register for EBSA Congress 2023!

Reception at Stockholm City Hall
It is very important for all registered delegates to show up and to be on time for the reception. If you need to cancel your registration you can do this up to two weeks before the reception (email to linda@mkon.se).
Any cancellations made after that and all no shows will be charged 800 SEK (excl. VAT), which is the self-cost for the reception.

Cancellations made before May 3rd - full refund will be made (except administration fee of 280 SEK)

Cancellations made before May 29th  - 50% refund will be made of registration fee, no refund for hotel booking

Cancellations made after May 29th - no refund will be made

As a Plenary Speaker, EBSA-2023 will fully sponsor four (4) nights of accommodation as part of your registration. Rooms have been reserved for you at Scandic Anglais - please confirm below by ticking the nights when you need accommodation. 

If you need more nights than four due to travel concerns or participation in an EBSA satellite meeting, please email linda@mkon.se for assistance. If you would like to add an extra night or two to enjoy Stockholm privately, please also email Linda and she will send you a payment link for the extra private costs.

Scandic Anglais is located right by lively Stureplan in the very heart of Stockholm, opposite Humlegarden park, with great shopping as well as popular restaurants and bars just around the corner. The city's tourist attractions such as Djurgarden, the Old Town and the archipelago are all within easy reach. Jump on a tram, catch a boat from Nybrokajen harbour or descend into the metro – all no more than a few minutes' walk from the hotel.

The congress starts on July 31st. If you book hotel from July 30th means that you check in at the hotel on Sunday the day before EBSA starts. 
If you arrive to Stockholm on July 31st we advise you to book hotel from that day.
