IMP 2025 Doctoral Colloquium
The aim of the IMP Doctoral Colloquium is to create a forum for in-depth, informal discussions between PhD students interested in the IMP approach and experienced IMP researchers.
PhD students’ proposal presentations and discussions take place in small groups comprising of around four students, with two senior researchers assigned as discussants to each student. Students will have 15 minutes to present their work with 30 minutes for feedback and discussion.
This Colloquium is unique in the fact that you get a session dedicated to your research, an opportunity you should not miss. There will also be joint sessions in the Colloquium on relevant topics connected research of today. Additionally registering and paying for the colloquium gives you access to the main conference at the reduced Doctoral Colloquium rate.
PhD students interested in participating in the IMP Doctoral Colloquium should submit a 2-page abstract of their PhD proposal by February 28th 2025 to Frida Lind: frida.lind@chalmers.se
PhD students if accepted must submit a full-length (max 20 pages) proposal by June 15th 2025.
All submissions of full paper proposals should include the following aspects:
· Abstract
· Introduction (outlining the project, the research area and research question)
· Literature /theory
· Methodology
· Description of the empirical study (or the planned study)
· Provisional analysis of the empirical study
· Discussion
