If you have not already registered for the meeting, we are happy if you do so as soon as possible, so that we can plan for your presentation.

Your presentation - uploading and testing your slides
Due to a tight program schedule, presenting from your personal computer is not recommended (dongles and adapters will not be provided). We prefer that you upload your presentation ahead of time to guarantee that the technology functions properly. We encourage you to see the technician in the conference room to upload your presentation well in advance of your presentation. You can bring your presentation on a usb-stick or send it by e-mail to aaron.scott@med.lu.se
The presentation format should be PowerPoint and 16:9.
