Poster presentation
The poster session is scheduled to Friday September 5th, 14:30-16:00, then you are expected to be by your poster.
Poster size: width max 90 cm and height max 120 cm (standing portrait, not landscape). Please make sure to mention all disclosures and conflicts of interest on your poster.
All posters are to be displayed on the poster boards no later than 13:00 September 4th until 16:00 September 5th. (Be aware that posters that haven’t been dismantled by 16.00 Sept 5th will not be saved) You can mount your poster from 11:00 on September 4th. The poster boards have a label with your NEW Paper reference that you will receive later. They will be placed in chronical order of the Paper reference which also will be the number your Poster is found under in the abstract supplement in the SJR.
Oral presentation
Please note that you will be given 10 minutes for your oral presentation (7 minutes for your presentation, 3 minutes for questions). Please keep the time.
Bring your PPT presentation on a usb stick and upload at the Speakers Service Center on site no later than 2 hours before your session.
The exact time and date of your presentation will be presented soon.
It will be appreciated if you attend the session from the start, as this will ensure the best possible discussions.
