- is a university professor in singing, vocal methodology and ensemble at the Malmö Academy of Music, Lund University.
She established and built up Sweden's first pedagogical vocal education in modern genres (jazz, pop, rock, soul…) and is often invited as a guest professor to various music education programs in the Nordic countries and in Asia.
In addition to her academic work, she has a long and broad career as a singer, composer, arranger and bandleader in many genres, primarily in jazz music.
Since the age of 15, Elisabeth has toured, recorded albums and appeared in countless radio and TV programs both nationally and internationally, and in 2018 she was ranked as the “top three” among female jazz singers in the world, at the “US Jazz Station Awards. With Ingmar Bergman as a director at the Royal Dramatic Theatre in Stockholm, she has also been employed as a singer and actress in the Shakespeare play "King Lear". In 2024, Elisabeth received the prestigious jazz honorary award “Gold Pin”.
During this ICNS-15 conference week she is the leader and organizer of the up coming performances.
